GROUP X CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • Spinning: This 45 minute stationary bike class is led by an instructor who takes you for an imaginary training ride. You are in total control of the intensity of your session. First timers, as well as highly trained athletes, can both get excellent workouts in the same class!
  • Morning Yoga? Restorative:?Yoga in the morning is most beneficial for your body as it is swept clean after a long nights sleep! This flow will calmly get you warmed up and flowing through movements to get your muscles warmed up and connected with your breath so you can be ready for the rest of your day ahead! Namaste!
  • Yoga Flow: Yoga flow will tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment.
  • Flow Pilates: Stretch your body & muscles out in this class that combines Pilates exercises to work your core and cardio vascular flowing movements to keep your heart rate elevated!
  • Zumba: Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music- dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness workout! The routines feature aerobic/ fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
  • Bootcamp: Get ready for drills to keep your heart pumping and your body moving!
  • Body Sculpt: Sculpt and firm your body using a variety of equipment to challenge your muscles like never before!
